Hmm. Well, this clears Zarniwoop at least. Either Drixx is town and telling the truth, or he is mafia making a weird play, but I think he wouldn't do that with Zarni as his mafia partner.

While I didn't feel that good about Drixx before this, I... Just sort of believe this.

So Drixx and Zarni town. Me town. That's 3 towns already.

One of the central rules of Mafia is "Lynch all liars". Don't care what you lied about, don't care what reasons you had behind it - if you're town, you don't lie, because of rule #1 around here - 'Lynch all liars'.

Drixx has spent time away from this site playing elsewhere, and I was curious if his habits may have changed to forget about it. I was curious if anyone else might have thought Drixx was lying about Truth Detector in order to get a rise out of people. As the "new person" to the group I thought you'd have a genuinely new take that just firm belief in the claim. Seems I was wrong.

Look back at my other games. You'll find I'm quiet and appear inactive in the first few day phases, then get more active as the game progresses, regardless of my alignment.

Well, I didn't expect that response from Drixx, interesting. Drixx was asking Zarni on d1 several times to answer if he was mafia. Sets up a couple weird possibilities.
1. Drixx town, Zarni town.
2. Drixx scum Zarni scum. Seems unlikely, would be an incredibly risky play.
3. Drixx scum Zarni town. As likely as option 1, which makes the commonality that Zarni is town. If this option is true we would have to lynch Zarni after drixx was fine scum thus making it 1 for 1. Or if Zarni dies first drixx would think it confirms him.

Either way it's created good info and I think Zarni is likely town.

Prestige's death makes me wonder if this game is actually Bourne vs Town+Mafia? It sounded to me like Prestige perhaps targeted Bourne, and he is some sort of Paranoid Gun Owner that kills anybody that visits him? I know from the movies at least, anybody that went after Bourne usually ended up dead..

Can I get a clarification on how you think the game is Bourne vs Town+Mafia? Like, how would something like that work out? Would Bourne not be a Townie? Also, can I get clarification the highlighted part of the sentence? Who is the "he" that you are talking about? Prestige or Bourne?

Really? How long have we had this rule? I know I'm a well-seasoned vet but I'm pretty sure we've let some liars live in the past unless we figured out that they were straight up mafia.

Well, this game went from nobody doing much , to walls of text.that are over my head, making it difficult to keep up from my phone..

1. What is/where was this lie detector from Drixx?
2. Claims - other than "townie mctownerson" I dont remember anybody making a serious claim?
3. Me, Prestige and Kegs is laughable. They are my 2 strongest scun reads. Kegs is more productive now, but still my top target.
4. Bourne - in the movies he is "on his own side". Bourne=PGO might be inaccurate because Prestige died during day phase. But, was "shot" during the night. I dunno.
5. The 4th option - Drixx initiated most of the beef, so he was either obvious.scum or obvious town. If we could "prove" Zarni, then we would know for.sure about Drixx.

Anyeay, I will try to.reread and post more from my computer at.work.

Ahh.. After re-reading the last couple days, I think I've got it. Don't want everyone thinking I'm stupid.

Drixx is claiming his night ability is Lie Detector, correct? I've never seen that role before. That's why he was so insistent that Zarni answer his question "Are you Mafia?" This leads me to believe that Drixx's "beef" was in earnest, and therefore his result should be accepted. There is the possibility that it's just an attempt to clear their names after we called them out on their made up "beef", but it seems legit to me.

Its Kestegs or CG for me.

Kestegs because he got caught out and never adressed it and CG because he's pushing what appears to me to be a ridiculous idea that Drixx went through all of that only to suddenly fake claim.

I'm fine with either. D2DC and Leo are my next rung. Thingy = nothing really very carfully just repeating what is already known. Zemaj is a neutral for me.

I referenced this post at the end of the day yesterday, and I was hoping somebody would bite on my reference. But the scum do have day talk, as referenced by the rules post. This creates some wifom for both me and zemaj, as nobody else had really referenced it. But either way I think it's important for the town to realize that if they didn't already.
