Can someone explain what is going on here?

I spend an entire day arguing till I'm blue in the face that I'm VT/no name, and was later given the character name Argyle. Nobody believes me, yet I persist with this ridiculous story.

Gorny comes along and confirms that I was given no character name, but yes I am in fact Argyle.

Now, I haven't watched the movie in years, but a quick read tells me that he just sits in the limo the whole movie, eventually knocking out one of the bad guys before driving McClane and his wife home.

Again, can someone explain how I am still under suspicion?

when all you have to go on is what’s here, it can be confusing. Noodle being sure makes me think he knows something else. Leo hasn’t read Gorny’s post yet, imo.

I am not certain that Argyle was my name all along. Although Gorny's most recent comment leads me to believe that is the case.

Anyhow, assuming I am still the same person, I don't see how they are related. My Vanilla Townie role came with this (quote/unquote) "investigation", which I am fairly certain does nothing and means nothing.

With this whole belated Argyle business, Gorny said that he'd grant me a bonus 1-shot ability. I'm not saying what this new power is though.

You are mod confirmed to be named Argyle, who is a good guy. My character is not a terrorist and also town, so that matches.

You have a targetable power, even if its a mystery what it actually does or if it is actually useful. You and Coju have different results. I don't see why we wouldn't consider voting Coju over that. Pac-Man = Puck Man; Karl had those cool puck bombs he was sliding everywhere.

You and Coju have different results. I don't see why we wouldn't consider voting Coju over that. Pac-Man = Puck Man; Karl had those cool puck bombs he was sliding everywhere.

pac-man = pucks sliding? No. I can see the stretch though to try and connect. A commend for that Franklin

Coju, I really expected him to see through the muck of my story. Pyro is very good at level-headed/big picture analysis.

He seemed to be reaching for specific things that he could point to as if to say, "I'm still undecided". When he is very good at looking at all the evidence and making a good judgement. It feels like he was intentionally waffling, when I believe he knew the truth.

Either he didn't want to stick his neck out on the line with his assessment, or (more likely) he's scum and didn't want to help clear the guy that was on the chopping block.

This is like a half compliment, half cut, I'm not sure if I should say thank you or be mad at you.

As far as I'm aware I wasn't reaching, I was laying out all the things we knew about the situation. You asked me questions, and as far as I'm aware (at the time) all things were possible. You make it sound like its scummy no matter what I did, but I'm not going to be the first one to say "Oh yeah, D2DC is totally town" when there are doubts on the table. Everyone is possible scum until they are not. If you ended up lynched and flipped mafia, I would undoubtedly be next due to the my perceived defense of you. There was still plenty of time when I last posted so I wasn't concerned with making a decision right then and there.

Now that you are essentially mod confirmed as Argyle, yes, I have no doubts, I don't think we should even remotely consider voting for you anymore. There is no way the limo driver is one of the bad guys.

Could be bus driver. I could be paranoid depending on a certain situation happening but I don't think it would've happened on night one.

I think we should be claiming names at this point. Especially with Leo now out in the open as having some kind of role. We could lose the game in 2 nights, so if we wait until tomorrow it will be a do or die situation for the town. That is assuming 2 bad guys and we aren't already there.
