How I make my eggs on a Sunday morning:
Cut up and fried sweet peppers, red or red orange and yellow. Set aside.
Make an omelette and roll the cooked peppers inside with a slice of American cheese. Two maple sausage links on the side, toast and coffee.

I'm not a big omelette person. TBH, I'm kinda picky about my eggs but overeasy is always good with me. Scrambled next. Poached egg can be difficult to make but if you do make it, i'll gladly take that over scrambled. ****ing love runny yolk.
Also, add mustard with the Cholula. It sounds ****ing weird, but it complements the runny yolk SO WELL. Y'all can thank Zokar for that one when you try it.

Okay, if I had to lay it out on who to vote for (besides myself) it's probably a three way between @Zhao_Yue , @Skjolde , @Gorny . @Pyrotechnician comes in last only because I believe he does not have our best interests in heart, lol!! The eggs have to have runny yolk. I don't do mustard on scrambled eggs (I'm sure it's fine) but an overeasy egg? You better believe it's gonna be covered in mustard and Cholula!
Overeasy, scrambled, poached, hard boiled is pretty good, especially in salads.
Not excited about omelettes and I don't like fritattas. I just don't like fluffy eggs. DO NOT PUT MILK IN MY SCRAMBLED EGGS PLEASE!
