Seems the worst of the storm is passed, after making the power flicker, so I'm headed back to my game now. Only six bars left for level! If the next level goes as fast as this one is, I'll probably be able to get 68 by tomorrow evening. :jig:

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

Totally.

I like the chicken fingers one with the brownies, and the fried chicken+mashed potatoes+corn one.

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

I'm definitely going to be seeing more than my fair share of TV dinners next year when I have to live in an house with no cafeteria only minutes away.

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

Next year, I will living within a 2 minute walking distance of food place. With the $2100 the university is giving me for food, I will be gorging once again!

Wasn't it just last year when you said you had way too much money left over and you had to buy a bunch of food?
Yes. Time is going by way too fast.

Two bars left now, but I'm being harassed by a rogue. The idjit was toying with me - sap me while I was fighting two ogres, then wait until it goes away (which was when I realized what had happened), then saps me again as soon as I try to move. I'm willing to bet he was sent by the other two ally that were watching me for a few minutes - a 63 paladin and a 64 warrior. This will be my second death in Nagrand, both by 70 ally rogues.

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

I still have around $200 left on my card for flex dollars and such. Meaning I can use them in restaurants that accept the school card, or buying books or school supplies and such. The money used to be for food only, but that gets transferred over after the year is over. So yeah, I didn't use a lot of money for food.

We used something like that when I was deployed to Bahrain, mostly only used for food. I think there was something else we could have used them for, but I don't remember now.

I survived the attack from the rogue, I was still alive when I logged back in. Only to be killed just now by a hunter..

Edit: ding! :jig:

Yes. I had too much money left over this year too, so I had to drag a bunch of my friends along and buy them food. Eating $300 worth of food in 3 days isn't that easy. :azn:
