Not to be a stickler.. but she doesn't have a house on NC Ave.. just three on the oranges.

3x @ $400, so half price would only give her $600 from houses..

So correcting Leo's totals North Carolina had no houses on it, so deduct the $400 I gave her for the house there should leave her at a -$360 total. Mortgaging Oriental adds $120leaving Leo at -@240.

Which still bankrupts her and puts her out of the game.

Does this look correct?

@D2DC am I correct that you want to pay the 10% upfront to take possession and then unmortgage all of the properties right away, paying an additional 10%?
