Fallout 4 Mafia Game Thread

D1 you only made 3 posts. And 1/3 was just to claim an item. Another one, to vote Pyro. And then N1 you say that you decided to protect Pyro? Seems a bit strange to me..

You're seriously bringing in vote history on a day when every single player needed to have a vote on someone or die? I have specifically said that my vendettas play no part in how I vote except for RVS. My vote on Pyro was pure RVS, and there was no reason to move it to anyone else.

Stop trying to justify your bad lynch of the town's doctor.

Yes, we do mass role claim in these games, the timing varies on the number of players in the game, and the progression of the game itself. Some players (i.e. Noodle) refuse to role claim regardless if a mass role claim is called for. In the current game, scum are provided with fake claims so it may be less helpful than normal although tomorrow (in my mind) would be the ideal time.

Thank you, Pyro: For the record, I NEVER participate in mass role claims.

How about D2? Again, you made like 6 posts. 2 were to claim items. 1 was nothing but a picture. 1 was a vote on Zarni, and the last one was to lock the vote on Prestige. This was the only meaningful post I saw from D1 & 2:

Reads today, without scrolling back for the umpteenth time this day phase:

D2DC is the center of attention today what with the early information claim and the apparent post restriction. Either helpful townie or scum-in-plain-sight. I feel like he's being earnest though, so leaning town.

wanjai seems concerned about neutrals already, but not much scum hunting. Is awfully concerned about Stealth Boys, but not the other items. New player syndrome? Maybe, but I suspect she's read enough games over D2DC's shoulder she might know better. Slight mafia read.

Zarniwoop seems intent upon playing helpful townie. I'm happy with my vote on him for the moment.

Noodle's vote on D2DC for his post restriction seems opportunistic. I can't really fault him for the annoyance factor, but I'm not willing to lynch D2DC just because he's restricted. For the other things? Sure, yeah.

zemaj and Mr. Berland (Prestige) appear to be coasting so far.

Pyro is playing close to his chest, which is pretty standard for him. See my above reaction to Franklin for how I feel about that.

franklin is being franklin as usual. I like what's he's doing so far.

I missed someone. That probably means something right there.

However you flip, this is the only useful info from the first 2 days to look back upon.

So either I'm scum or I'm scum?

Yep, pretty much. The first two days you were more leaning town to me. But today, you were going out of your way to try to protect CG which is just weird. All other players agreed that he is suspicious but you kept trying to argue for him. Even after the votes were locked, you still kept trying to point your fingers at other players instead of CG.

How about you? What happens if he flips town? Do you get off scott free because you can just say "huh, surprising, totally thought he was scum". Everyone needs to be looked at, there is a very narrow focus happening right now that only helps the scum.

If he flips town, I'm sure all the towns would be surprised. We definitely wouldn't want to lynch another town but it's the game. Without the solid proof like investigations, it's all just guessing. I really do hope that we will get some more solid information tomorrow.

Day 3 I started to come at you hard, and you started to post a lot more. But, I wasn't too convinced by your defense. A lot of others weren't convinced either.

Stop trying to justify your bad lynch of the town's doctor.

I'm not trying to justify anything, I may be wrong. But, I've tried to look back to see if we missed anything. And, you're still my #1 candidate. We will find out soon enough.

Riddle me this, if he is already locked, what do I have to gain by looking at other players? Oh wait, A. if CG is scum then there is at least 1 more scum out there, or B. If CG is not scum then there are probably 2 more scum out there. I'm trying to keep a flow of information continuing past the point where he was locked, we will then have more to look back on after the flip. More conversation, is more information, if you don't agree with that, then add yourself to the scum list.

I'm not trying to protect CG, I was the first one to go head on at him today, people don't seem to remember that, its like they just blocked out anything that happened past the 5 most recent posts.

Noodle strikes me as a neutral. Too brazen to be a mafia, but definitely not playing with town's interests. Would not be surprised to see him flip mafia though.

Zarniwoop is so much scum right now it's not even funny. His townie act the first two days is extremely transparent. His vote today on me only adds onto that - he saw my doctor claim and could not resist locking me, then comes up with a flimsy "I know he's not the doctor" excuse but doesn't bother expanding upon HOW he could know that.

wanjai would be my third lynch choice. She continually pushes the Stealth Boy conversation, conveniently ignoring anyone else who picked up items. As far as I can remember she's only jumped on board trains already being pushed, but does not actually do any real scum hunting of her own. Too lazy to go back to confirm her vote history though.

Pyro, Noammr, D2DC, and franklin all come across as town at this point in time.

At least you're still fairly consistent with your reads from D2. Zarni was obviously your #1 concern. If you flip town, maybe I need to reconsider him.

Here is my advice for all you new people, after the flip, go back, reread the day. With the new information available to you think about the interactions from a different perspective, not just from within the "now" and what you supposedly know as fact.

I don't need to read to discover truthiness!

You really did go after him very hard at the beginning of the day but then as soon as Zarni posted something, you suddenly changed your target to Zarni instead and CG came along to target Zarni also.

I will definitely go back to read. I didn't have as much free time today as I was "literally" running like crazy.

I was making a point that what Zarni posted is typical scum talk, I wasn't letting CG off the hook, but plenty of others then jumped on the vote train that you and D2DC were on. Does no one find it suspicious that multiple people were willing to pile on and then lock a player without even saying a word or double checking anything (i.e. noomar and noodle).

Final End of Day 3 Vote Count:

Caluin Graye: 6 (D2DC, Wanjai, Noammr, TheFranklin, Noodle, Zarniwoop)

I'm the doctor you fools, Caluin Graye cried as he was dragged off to the gallows, he looked enough like the doctor in his bulky post war surgical scrubs. He seemed to be hiding something though, as his scrubs were a bit too bulky.

Underneath his scrubs he war an old looking bloodied baseball uniform, and an old baseball cap. When inspected, his "shop" turned up more clues, baseball cards, each with a picture of every player, one of them already crossed out with a diagonal red line through it.

He had several baseball bats, not bats but "swatters" as he called them, some plain and simple, just like a normal baseball bat. Others had nails sticking out everywhere, a few had round sawblades attached at the top. Some had a chain wrapped around. A few others had barbed wire wound around them. He also had several modified baseballs, baseball grenades he called them.

He also had chems, lots of chems, not the useful ones but the illegal ones...

...and a few bags of potato chips.

Caluin Graye has been lynched, he was Moe Cronin, Commonwealth Mafian scum team.

It is now night, no posting. If you have night actions, they are due via PM by the end of the night which will be tomorrow, Sunday November 19th at 8:30 PM CST.

Timer will be up shortly.
