The Noodle Compound V. 2.0

This is more than enough for Kara, alteast for a 3 healer run
I'll go when I'm actually ready for it; from what I'm told, I wont be until that +healing is closer to 2k. Which is going to be hard to do without some of the upgrades that come from kara...

And just where have you been? I haven't seen you around in ages!

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

There is one nasty storm brewing; already made the power flicker and got booted from the AV I was just in. Looks like it's time to watch a movie or something. :p

Go watch SG Comtinuum. It's out today.

I forgot about that! Looks like I have a reason to get out of the house.

Ended up watching Far And Away, a bit longer than I remember it.

2k +healing  Then they are out of their minds :smug:

For a 3 healer Kara run, you have more than enough + healing, though that ofcourse is my opinion.

I've been.... dunno.... around or not....:whistling:

When we all get together, we're getting Lynn drunk, then letting her play WoW.

As I recall Lynn doesn't drink, so leave her be...

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

I'm sure they'll give her her favorite beverage...apple juice. :D

Re: Red Alert! (Spring/Summer OT Thread)

we never said anything about giving her alcoholic beverages :p

So 'getting someone drunk' has suddenly gotten a new meaning? :smug:

Apple juice :scratchchin: go for it :jig:

Actually, I was invited to go to kara last night by someone I had run with a bit a long time ago. It was kind of random really, I saw him looking for people to go and asking that they be "mostly epic geared." I sent him a tell asking him to "define 'mostly'" (just to mess with him) and he sent an invite without saying anything. When I asked him if he was sure I was ready, he looked up my character and seemed surprised that my +healing was over 1500... and said I would be fine. I suggested getting two more healers for the run since it was my first time going, which he didn't have a problem with.

After the way that went, there is no way in hell I would have been able to do that with just one other person. Both other healers were much more effective than I felt I was - the paladin being moreso than the shaman from what I can tell.

It was actually a good run, considering. It was easier than I thought it would be, but we didn't get to finish. Everyone gave up when we couldn't kill Shade, even though we got him close a couple of times. That was the only place we had any sort of major problems. I had died once in the early part, but only because I was too close to something, quick lesson learned from that. Then the only other time before Shade we had death, was the two wipes on Nightshade.

It was kind of funny though, he was actually nearly dead on the first try, then someone decided to jinx it and say "I've seen guilds wipe on this guy, we're pugging him and going to bring him down on the first shot." ...two minutes later someone from the second group dies, then their tank goes down, then I die, then everyone else follows. A second attempt didn't go so well, so they gave up on him. :azn:

I did get two things from it though, neither of which are very useful I'm afraid. A neck piece and a shoulder piece; while they are "upgrades" in only that they are purple, they don't help me at all as far as healing goes. Decent for questing set though.
I'm sure they'll give her her favorite beverage...apple juice. :D
Apple juice is so like.. *tries to remember back* ..so two+ months ago! It's Mt. Dew now. :jig:
