Custom resolutions for Nvidia Adapters
Long story short, the upper scan line control circuit of my monitor has been overheating for some time, so I've been using the lower half of a 1600x1200 desktop and trying to run everything in windows. Diablo won't run that way, and I have a mild burn line across the center of the screen when the monitor does work, albeit briefly.
I'd like to know if the custom resolution option in the driver panel can be set-up for 1600x600 and scroll the entire thing down so I no longer need use a command prompt to prevent worse burn to the monitor and try playing other games to see if the custom resolution would override Diablo's. If anyone has experience with this sort of thing, it'd be nice to hear before I go to a hardware site for help.

Dude, give me a job, so I can pay for a new monitor, and a new video adapter, or maybe a whole new computer so I don't have to play Diablo at all, and to have my plumbing fixed, to have my teeth fixed, for physical therapy, to pay off my debts...
How about answering the question, since there's a reason I asked it in the first place? This is the crap that makes me want to leave and never come back here: ask for help and I get that, while I make an innocent comment and get threatened by moderators that don't even run the sub-forum I post in.

I wanted to give a decent reply to your post, but only to say I have no idea how to handle such troubles. Seems like you have some serious monitor problems. I'd either make a separate thread to get more views for your trouble or try another board. What OS are you using?

I only plan on running BG's if I need upgrades at 20,30,40 etc. Otherwise, no.
But if you want to run it at 29 I can stop leveling for a bit and run a few BG's like we did Saturday night.
BTW, Crowd Control wat trying to contact you and Kiba in game, but he can't talk to anyone above level 20 as he's on a trial version. I might activate my Rogue for a bit.
