It's still in that "it's something to watch" range and hasn't quite managed to migrate into the "oh God **** it, that awful **** is still going when it should've been mercifully put out of its misery"/Desperate Housewives stage.

Knowing this stupid country we're probably more like fifty episodes behind you.

I think at this point they've more or less given up on the magic numbers. I think they realized that they really couldn't go anywhere with having the people enter the numbers in the computer over and over again, so they decided to just blow up to hatch and force a new plot point.
They might be doing something like that right now with the people from the boat and Penny's dad. The story doesn't seem to be going anywhere either, and if you watch the episode that was aired this week for us, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. It feels like they made an episode just for the sake of making an episode and they're giving themselves more time to stretch the series out and think up of new things they can do.

To this day, they still haven't explained it, and I don't think they will.
That is one thing I like about Lost, there's always something to discuss about with that show. One of the first questions people ask when watching it is "what is that black smoke thing?"

You can just download stuff or watch stuff off the internet. There are tons of websites that stream TV shows and what not.

If you think one day is bad, you should have been around for the entire week it was offline early last year. One day isn't much of a big deal. :laugh:
