Big! When I was a boy, my property was an active farm so it's a rather large wedge of old pasture, fields, outbuildings, woodlands, all on rolling hills too. It's quite a hike. I'd love to downsize but I'm not sure where I'd want to move, plus I rather enjoy the seclusion and closeness to nature.
Then its all exciting yes, else if its just something small and simple that hike would actually been a walk around the block.

I haven't had a "lost weekend" since my early 20s.
I wasn't behind on any housework (for a change), so I mostly caught up on some reading, did some tablet and book shopping online, disassembled and cleaned some hardware (two keyboards, two mice, and a HOTAS flight stick), dusted out my gaming PC tower, and took a hike around my property to check for damaged fencing, evidence of pests, etc.
Exciting stuff, yeah?

Gonna have to get used to this makeover. It's like I have a wife who just got botox and her face can't move.
Why is it that when i get sick in the summer it's always at the beginning of june? So I won't have to miss out on the fun later? I hope. So, last week, my nephew had contracted a viral respiratory infection. And, being the sweetest aunt that I am, i let him drink from my cup. So what does Tia Leo get in return? A case of laryngitis and a middle ear infection! I'm much better than I was over the weekend (hell, I'm even getting my voice back) but hacking up this green mucus and blowing my nose 30 times an hour makes me feel like a little kid again with bad allergies. At least it's coming up and I can breathe. I couldn't really breathe on Saturday or Sunday. Yay medicine and the good ol' steriod shot in the booty.
