I'm quitting smoking since I'm 16. It's the easiest thing in the world, I succeeded about 5 times!
I tried it for a while in my late teens and then again in my very early 20's and then decided it wasn't for me.
Haven't smoked in 24 years
1) Stay out of the sun (I'm a night creature so that's easy) + genetics (probably)
2) I did quit smoking cigarettes two or three years ago ($300/m habit) but I still smoke cigars. Why? They go well with scotch, bourbon and IPAs.
Skincare routine, WTF? I'm washing myself as often and thoroughly as it appears appropriate to me.
The Asian genes will guarantee I will continue to get carded for at least another 15 years.
