I was actually going to take a break for at least a game to recharge my mental, but I can fill in as a substitute.
For the setup I have in mind, we do need 9 people. If we can't get 9, I can rework the game for 8 but it might take some time.

The best EoD times for me personally in my own case with my self constraints («Pour moi») will be 4 to 6 PM EST (22-00PM Paris/Berlin).

I agree with BH. Perhaps 5PM EST is the most optimal for me, since that would make it 11pm my time.
