Deathloop Help

I'm playing Deathloop on PC and am trying to collect Residuum. When I mouse over any of the glowing items no command appears to gather it.

The second problem is I can't seem to play on anything other than online. When I click on the top left bit that says ONLINE it does nothing, never changes so people keep joining my game and killing me.

I've also suffered from the black screen bug and I resolved it by rebooting my machine and the game.

Update:

In case anyone else gets into the problem of not being able to set Deathloop to Single Player Mode this is how I managed to do it.

Previously, I was trying to change it in the screen with the journals, leads etc (J) but you can NOT change the mode there because you have effectively started the level.



You can however change it at the end of a level when you get the summary screenshot below......




....and you can change it between levels, when you are selecting loadouts etc.

Be sure to hit RETURN and not click on the area with your mouse.
