The [wiki]Mistress of Pain[/wiki], one of the most popular monsters in Diablo 3 despite the fact that she's only (thus far) been seen in some pieces of concept art. Numerous fans have pulled off awesome cosplay costumes of her, including one that won the costume contest at Blizzcon 2009.
